  • SRM Request is the sanctioned HO database for member MCL and account correction.
  • Branch can request ACLHM only after SRM is updated in CBS for the corrected account.
  • SRM export reads rows marked Okay and creates cash/kind crop records.
  • ACLHM export creates LHT and DHT files only for eligible accounts.
  • CBS response import updates HO date and remarks after successful CBS processing.
  • Live version should store requests, batch status, and response history in Hostinger database.
